Some new photos! At this point i am a little stuck... it seems the trunk goes off in 3 major directions. Any suggestions on what can obviously be chopped?

Hi Markhr, the tree is starting to look good but if your not sure what to cut off leave it for a while and you will soon figuire it out.
Leave it to grow for a while and see what it does.
If im not sure what to do with a tree i look through my books for inspiration or look on the internet at Bonsai trees and see if i get an idea, cheers Phil G.

I would let it grow. It now has a good basic shape, but you will lose some branches as it grows. Better to start treating it as if it were in a pot now. Have you severed the roots behind it?

Hi J, I just fed it as you said i should and am planning on babysitting it for a while until it shows some good growth. I have not severed the roots yet as i thought this might put too much stress considering i just pruned it so much. But i will definitely do it sometime before collecting.

You should be safe severing the roots at this point. If you were to collect it like any other tree in the wild then you'd be cutting it back and chopping the roots at the same time and trees do fine with that collection method. If you sever the roots now, as the tree grows new foliage it will also grow new feeder roots. I know boxwoods are tough and I wouldn't worry about too much stress.
