Absolutely! The key to not wearing yourself out is to place the heaviest wire you will need, first. Take some time and really puzzle out where you want this one to go. It's important to think two moves ahead like chess. In other words, "If I run the wire here, how will that affect the next wire for these sub branches?" If you take your time here and think hard about it, your wiring job will be much, much easier.
