Dwarf Hosta

I ordered this Hosta last week and received it earlier this week. I potted it yesterday and grabbed some moss that was growing in my yard to top it off. It was raining when I took this pic but I think it turned out good. What do you think?

Well it looks fine for a Hosta. Must be well over a hundred varieties of them and mostly used for garden edges and for people who just love growing Hosta's. Certain dwarf varieties can be used as accent plants. Is that your intention?
Can't really tell from the picture just how big this one is.

Yes accent plant is what I'm going for. Here is a hint to the size, the pot is 5 1/2" long and the hosta is 2 1/2" tall from the pot rim. The variety is Pandora's box. Heres a pic with it in my hand.

Beautiful Little Hosta, My favourite is Hosta 'Francee'.

Make sure you plant some slug traps or pellets around this little fella, or he may well disappear over night!

Matt, I haven't seen a slug in my yard in years but I'll check and see what kind of slug traps I can find just to be safe.

Ah....thats more like it! A picture can be very deceiving when there is no comparison to something as to its size. From the first picture I though it quite large. Yes, very nice looking indeed.
