Greetings,
I happened to notice an azalea and a juniper in the photo. Do those grow well for you in zone 11? I'm just curious - I think of them as colder zoned species, and am very surprised to see them in the tropics. This is not a critique - I'm just curious about how happy they were growing in year-round warmth. It would be good information to give folks who want to try growing them indoors year-round "up north". -Centaura |

Howzit Centaura,
Azaleas and Junipers do well in Hawaii. I got four azaleas and I just got in from California a "kuzon". Also, I have tree junipers two I got locally one I also got from California. From the four azaleas I have a "Kokinsai" in the ground and the rest in grow boxes. A Hui Hou, -Tim ![]() |
