I'm not an expert but of the seed varieties you listed, I've only heard of refrigeration when preparing the maple seeds. I recently chronicled and posted photos and details of my first effort at growing Texas Ebony (Ebenopsis ebano) seeds. Now those rock hard seeds I soaked 24 Hrs., removed floaters, scarred seeds, and germinated them in wet coffee filters sitting atop the fridge and not in it
