century plant // Agave plant
well imagin that. i'm trying yet another plant. this time a century plant, or more properly put a Agave plant. got her cheap. $8.99, and she came with 5 free babies. there was another one that had some sort of a succulent in with it, but it had 2 missing branches.
how the heck do i bonsai this? |

i just noticed. if you look ok the leaf you can still see the marks from where the previous leaf was wrapped around it. very cool. i first thought it was water spot/marks. you can actually feel them with your finger. too cool
![]() i have a local nursery that has a century plant that is over 20' tall, and needs to have a hole put in the roof to accommodate new growth. it's like 10' in diameter. i'll go take some pics of her, and post them here. Last edited by shaggybirdman; 12-19-2008 at 01:36 AM.. |
