They are a really Ornate flowers, born in clusters.

Like me Matt, you share the love of Lily's, but i have only a few at the moment, but i know i will be adding to them.
In my collection are, Day Lilly's a deep orange/red in color, and i have bought this year a yellow type. Please dont ask me the names of them, i will not have a clue, but maybe you will. Best regards BD Paul

Matt what do i need to do to divide them? will they still flower in fall as usual? remember they are poisonis! wash your hands after working with them. gloves mite be a good idea as well. |

Superb Plant
I don't know about the method Matt uses, but i just dig them up and separate them into new pots, making sure they are spaced out well.
I have quite a few to do come spring as i have not touched them for around two years. I will be adding some more to my collection early in the new year, and will take photos of them to post. Best regards BD Paul

Superb plant
Its a shame that it did not take, a blue one would have looked stunning in the spring/summer.
There is plenty of information out on the Internet on how to separate the corms, and to keep the plants healthy. And i think propagation with these plants are among the easiest there is, or am i wrong. Best regards BD Paul
