It happens at times and has nothing to do with the site.
It's simply a problem with your ISP when things a get tad loaded up and it slows down. It happens to me many times on other sites as well as this one. ~Phil

it seems to almost 100% of the time just hang if i use the quick post option instead of the add reply button. i have never had this problem on other forums. i do have problems with viewing pics on helifreak.com , but never here. go figure. thanks for the response Phill.

What browser are you using? I always suggest a switch to Firefox no mater what browser your using.
Mozilla | Firefox web browser & Thunderbird email client

been using firefox for like 5 years now. i have found that if i poke the add reply button instead of using the quick reply box things work fine. my problem was with using the quick reply box as i have always previously done. only real difference is that i started out with the current ver instead of a older version, and let it update from there.

Yep....I did.
In all of the years that I've been on the last two sites including this one I've not once used the "Quick Reply" including my other site. I just wanted to try it out to see if there were any problems. Evidently not! ~Phil
