| Membership to this forum is free. However, we do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. 1. Only one user name is allowed per member on this site, and family members will have one account per household. Multiple registrations are prohibited and are grounds for immediate account deletion. 2. This is a non-profit site. As such there is no commercial advertising allowed by members. References to a member owned site may be made in that members signature line. Any discussion of a commercial business or nature thereof are restricted to one forum; "Bonsai Nursery Feedback". 3. You warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually oriented, hateful, threatening, plagiaristic or which will otherwise violate any state or federal laws. 4. This forum is for the discussion of bonsai related topics. It is not for posting any political or religious materials. 5. Although the administrator and moderators of the BonsaiCHAT.net Community will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owner of the BonsaiCHAT.net Community, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message. 6. The owner of the BonsaiCHAT.net Community and/or their agents reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. 7. Threads informing the membership of contests on another site are limited to a single post in the General Forum. Any such post may contain a link to the contest's Web page and must have a contact person listed. These threads will then be locked by a moderator. 8. The use of your email address or a Web site is not permissible as your user name. 9. Members must have at least 10 legitimate posts [i.e. posts such as “Nice”, “I like that” etc. are not considered as legitimate posts] before one is allowed to submit an Article or a Link in the “Article” or “Link” section of this site. 10.
