Chinese Elm Random Yellow Leaves
I purchased a Chinese Elm last year (the catalog listed it as 10 yr old). I read different views about outside VS inside. I left it outside through the winter, although it never lost all it's leaves, it lost most. It came back with many new buds and is doing really good. Seems to be healthy, continues to have new shoots extending from the existing branches. I do pinch the shoots off most of the time to promote back budding and get it thicker. I see leaves turn yellow and fall off at different places almost daily. Is this just normal growth...or should I make adjustments?
Thanks, ML |
