Thanks, Rick, Tom and Antonio. That pretty well sums it up as to Shady Side Bonsai and Tom. I use PayPal quite extensively and have had no problem so far but.....there is always that storm on the horizon!

I've sold some pretty expensive items over the Internet but I usually steer away from them if I can so as not in having to charge the buyer an extra 3% cost. But, that's a bit off the subject. Tom is a great guy and a most esteemed member here.

These things can happen from time to time but when it's misdirected and confusion arises it's always best to nip it in the bud.

yeah, i was almost sure there had to be something amiss.
this is another benefit of having a site like this. we had the issue worked out in less than an hour today.
