Jim, the third picture only seems to be a thumbnail image.

Well, I don't know who sent it of course but it just isn’t going to cut it. It’s much too small to make an honest evaluation and it can't be enlarged as the image becomes much too degraded as I already tried. Perhaps the person can resend in a larger size? A shame really as from what I can see it seems to be a nice tree.

I agree Phil, however I didn't realize its size until I was downloading them for posting here. Too late to send back and ask for a larger copy.

Callitris

Hello again folks this is a tree I obtained though a trade with a friend. It was a full Cascade.
I thought it would be better as a semi. So I changed the angle and the pot. It looks a bit yellow in this picture, it is actually a lot more green.

It is one of about 30 species of Australia's only Conifer a member
of the Cupressaceae family.
Apparently there are not many in cultivation as Bonsai.
I find it responds well to pruning, but does not shoot back on old wood.
Thank you.
This will be my last entry for a while as Mrs Pup and I are of on Vacation( holidays) see ya soon Matt. Then you can take a pic of the ugly old man
