Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

Is this where I tell you about the tree?

Here goes....

juniperus chinensis var. shimpaku 1976
Tokoname Pot

This tree was acquired from a firend around 7 years ago. Since then I have refined its foliage and carved the jins in the lower section.

In this time, I frequently hire this tree for display in offices. I have also dropped a TV onto it!

It is one of my favourite trees in my collection, and I often show it off in my classes as a fair example of a semi cascade.

Thanks for voting for my tree, I am glad you like it.

Cheers,
Leigh.

Thanks Ash, much appreciated.

Just a question about the lovely juniper/azalea composition.
A great setting, I love it. Just wondering if the owner has any problems with the acidity requirments of azaleas and junipers in the same setting?

Cheers,
Leigh.

Thanks Ant, is it the saotome? Do they share the same soil, or are they in different pockets?
