Has it been unusually windy lately? Sometimes this is a sign of too much transpiration of moisture? It could have possibly been from the wire wrapped too tightly.

thats what i thought also mike
The top branches and the lower longest and thickest branch were not affected and still remain green. However, now i got some lower branches and a couple mid level branches turning orange and evemtually brown i think.

What do i do with the image of the tree now?in the worst scenario, if the mid branches turn brown, and i wil have to remove them , it wont look good at all

wouldnt want to make such a young tree literati style, especially a pinus one!

When was the last time the tree was repotted, and in what mixture is it potted? When you say you think it may of also been from too much retained soil moisture, did it seem so? Is the size of the pot proportional to the tree or over sized? Even a training pot shouldn't be any more than twice the diametre and depth of the rootball max.

Are the needles that are losing color/falling off old ones or new growth on the tips? Older needles (2-3yr) generally fall off. What is the weather like in Greece roght now as I am unfamiliar with it?

i bought the tree in summer from an online shop, i dont think it has been frequently repotted. mixture of soil ?no mixture, i think some sort of typical turf or compost for conifers. The last time i mentioned that i think the damage resulted from wiring too tight, not retained soil moisture. i always see to it that i dont overwater or underwater. the size of the pot is fitting to the size of the tree.

now the orange-brown colour needles are about 1/3 of the total tree.

weather here is good. zone 9 or 10 i think. 20+ degrees celcius.
could the tree be possible dying slowly? I wouldnt want to scratch the bark and mark it to find out.

I wouldn't worry about scratching the bark to check it, the small mark made should heal quickly over time. I dont exactly have too much experience with JWP in general so i'm not sure as exactly what to do if the needles in question are not older further in clusters, especially not knowing first hand the area you live in and studying the tree myself. But if the tree is stressed I would recommend moving it out of any situation where it might be in strong direct sunlight and keep in a lightly shaded location out of direct sun light to keep from further stressing the tree and water it more lightly during watering regiments.

I wouldn't do so unless there might be some factor I don't know about. If were to though I would use a very diluted amount, about 1/4 the general used amount.
