Hi all,

Pretty much in the same situation as JL. We didn't finally break 80F until a couple of weeks ago. Our June was lousy and way below normal temps. Last week, we had a few warm days high 80's- 90F. Now we are back to below norm temps. Last few days we have been in the mid-60's F. It has been raining quite a bit as well, but not as bad as what JL is experiencing.
