If they were kept dry in fridge, no chemical reaction could occur thus breaking the dormancy.

You should wet them in a paper towel, in a plastic bags for 90-120 days.

Check on them once a week, as some may germinate earlier. These one should be planted as soon as possible.

Check on them to make sure they are not rotting in your fridge.
