Hi,

unfortunately there are no bowing or curtseying smilies around so I fear you have to make do with a simple smilie but thank you for the compliment...

I went to a school where foreign languages are very important and so I started learning my first foreign language (French) when I was six years old. I think it really helps you to learn additional languages.

I do make bonsai pots too. I had tried a blue brown combination on a larger pot too once (pics are on a different thread here) but the colour scheme didn't really work out quite the way I had wanted. I am still not 100% happy about the glaze combination either. The beige-brown glaze tends to be rather light. I would have to see whether applying it more thickly it will turn the shade I am looking for. As regards the blue I would like it be more luminous though not shiny.

But once I have the right combo I will use it on a larger pot... it just seems a pity to invest so much time in a pot and then the glaze doesn't "work". Though luck is part of the whole thing too....

Do you make pottery too?
