I emailed them after my post here. I too got a quick response with my questions. Then today I called and talked to Jason, he was very nice and helpful. He walked out to the nursery and looked at the tree I was asking about, then came in looked up on the internet to make sure we were talking about the same tree. They did not have many left of the one I was looking at and I did not have time to order today. He then offered to "red tag" it with my name, no money or credit card. Jason told me he had just uploaded many new listing just last night. I have not been there to look yet but plan to. Seemed to be his personal business, I plan to order without any concern. And thanks for your input Noissee, that seals the deal.
